Build a Downside Case
A downside case can combine weaker risk appetite, reduced market access or liquidity, and selling pressure that exceeds new demand. A stress test at half the reference price shows the effect on a holding, but the multiplier alone is not a forecast model.
Ask what evidence would make the case more or less likely. Relevant observations include execution depth, changes in available supply and whether demand persists after a temporary event.
