How a SwapXRP Exchange Moves from Quote to Wallet

Choose the crypto you want to send, review what you will receive and provide the destination wallet. SwapXRP handles an individual conversion without asking you to open a trading account or leave a balance for later trading.

Your exchange has its own payment instructions and private status link. Keep that link until the receiving wallet or platform has credited the result.

Choose a Direction and Rate Mode

You can exchange XRP with Bitcoin, Ether, Tether, Solana and BNB in either direction. A quote combines the selected assets, networks, amount and rate mode; changing any of those details means obtaining a new quote.

For example, an XRP to Bitcoin exchange receives a payment on XRP Ledger and delivers Bitcoin on Bitcoin mainnet. The addresses belong to different networks and perform different jobs.

Fixed Rate

The fixed option carries a 0.68% service fee and an 11-minute payment window. Send the exact requested amount early enough for the payment to be detected on the selected network before the displayed deadline; the required confirmations may finish afterwards.

A late, incomplete or incompatible payment does not automatically retain the expired quote. We review the payment and arrange a revised quote or assess an eligible return before proceeding.

Floating Rate

The floating option carries a 0.42% service fee, with conversion calculated at execution after the deposit meets its acceptance requirements. The estimate shown before payment can therefore differ from the final result.

The receiving amount includes the selected service charge and applicable payout-network expense. A fee charged by your sending wallet or withdrawal platform remains a separate cost.

Set the Receiving Wallet

Provide an address for the asset and network being delivered, then check any additional recipient field. When receiving XRP, use the address and destination tag supplied by that wallet or platform; a personal wallet and a shared exchange deposit can have different instructions.

For a USDT to XRP conversion, select the network that holds the tokens you will send. The resulting XRP arrives on XRP Ledger, rather than becoming an XRP-labelled token on that source chain.

A new XRP Ledger account also needs enough incoming XRP to meet the network's account requirements. Confirm that your receiving wallet is ready and that any hosted platform accepts the chosen payout before funding the exchange.

Pay the Amount Shown for Your Exchange

The standard order range is the equivalent of $15–$80,000 in the sending asset. The form calculates the actual coin quantity and shows the available limits for your selection; this is a crypto-to-crypto service, so the dollar value is a comparison unit.

Before confirming the payment:

  1. Copy the deposit address from the new exchange.

  2. Match the asset and network to your available balance.

  3. Include the destination tag when the XRP payment instructions supply one.

  4. Check the amount that will actually arrive after any withdrawal deduction.

  5. Leave the balance needed for your own sending transaction expense.

If a platform deducts its withdrawal charge from the amount entered, entering the requested deposit as the total deduction can underpay the exchange. Resolve the receiving amount before confirming, rather than assuming an extra payment will automatically correct it.

Follow Confirmations, Conversion and Delivery

The status link distinguishes payment detection, required confirmations, processing and payout broadcast. Sending the deposit and seeing it in your wallet history do not mean every later stage has finished.

Our processing target is 6–17 minutes from the required source-deposit confirmation to broadcasting the receiving transfer for an ordinary exchange. Time spent arranging payment, waiting for the receiving network or completing an additional review falls outside that stage.

After broadcast, use the payout transaction hash to follow the receiving transfer. A hosted platform may apply its own deposit checks before showing a spendable account credit.

When a Payment Needs Review

Stop before sending again if the network, amount, address or tag does not match the instructions. A payment to an incorrect address or unsupported token version can require the actual recipient's involvement and may not be recoverable.

For an exchange that has not been executed, a return can be assessed in the original asset on the original supported network where technically and legally possible. We confirm the return destination, any required tag and the applicable costs before sending; an exchange hot-wallet address is not automatically a suitable return address.

Use exchange support with the reference, selected networks and transaction evidence. Our transaction review policy explains when additional information may be requested.

FAQ

What should I do if my platform cannot send the exact amount?

Contact support before making the transfer and describe the withdrawal restriction. A minimum withdrawal, deduction or unsupported recipient field should be resolved before a time-limited payment is started.

Can I reuse an earlier deposit address and tag?

Use the instructions created for each new exchange. An old address or tag may refer to another payment and can prevent automatic matching.

Can an unexecuted exchange be returned?

We assess eligible returns after identifying the payment and confirming a compatible return destination. A return has its own network costs and checks; a completed conversion cannot simply be cancelled as though it never occurred.
